Hiring a Christmas light company should not mean somebody shows up and staples a string of lights to your gutter. Our service covers the whole season:

Custom design built to your actual architecture — rooflines, peaks, gables, windows, columns, porch railings, walkways, trees, shrubs, wreaths and garland.

Professional installation with commercial-grade Minleon LED lights, custom-fit to your home and hung on plastic clips sized to your shingles and gutters. Nothing is nailed, screwed or stapled into your fascia — ever.

In-season service. If something stops working or gets knocked loose, you call us and we come fix it.

Removal after the season — you never climb a ladder in January.

Climate-controlled storage between seasons, labeled to your home. No tangled bins in the garage.

You Lease the Lights — You Never Buy Them

This is the part homeowners like most, and it is genuinely different from how most companies work. Light The Land owns the lights and leases them to you for the season. You never purchase a strand, never store a tote, never replace a bulb, and never end up with a garage full of equipment you did not want.

We offer year-to-year, three-year and five-year agreements, and the longer agreements come with discounted rates and priority scheduling. If you ever decide not to renew, the lights simply come back to us.

Every part carries a lifetime warranty — if a bulb, strand, clip or connector fails or wears out, we replace it. The only exceptions are damage from pets, misuse or accidents.

We are fully insured. We work on steep pitches, second-storey peaks, and slate and tile roofs — on slate we build the light into the gutter line and eave edge rather than walking the roof field.
